Description:
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the operational work of the company, ensuring the projects are professionally managed to achieve performance that meets the objectives for safety, budget, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position must be an effective communicator and lead by example through exhibiting Story’s core values. The Operations Manager will be a leader and be expected to create a culture of respect, trust, collaboration, and teamwork.
• While working with other Operations Managers, responsible for all aspects of Construction Operations.
• Direct supervision of assigned Sr. Project Managers and/or Project Managers.
• Working with other Operations Managers, assignment of salaried Operation personnel for the projects.
• Managing personnel matters related to hiring, promotion, training, coaching and performance.
• Tracking Operational resource usage.
• Identifying project risks & opportunities and proposing actions to address.
• Management of client satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Facilitating weekly operations meetings.
• Coach and mentor employees.
• Strategic Planning for company growth.
• Developing construction related policies and processes.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
