Description:
The Distribution Construction Analyst is responsible for ensuring all invoices are paid promptly and accurately for more than 500 Distribution contractors/resources. The position partners with Supply Chain and ensures contracts are valid and POs are in place and Master Services Agreements are in place for all contractors. Work with CAMP Contractor Timesheet Approval software application. Role maintains controls to ensure contractor and vendor invoices are processed to meet/exceed all audit requirements.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Position partners with Supply Chain and ensures contracts are valid and POs are in place. Assist with tracking spend with minority suppliers for Power Delivery Construction organization. Troubleshoot invoicing issues and provide CAMP support. Work closely with team to automate processes and develop technical solutions to drive efficiencies. Coordinate special projects by gathering information and providing analysis.
Desired Experience:
Processing Vendor/Contractor Invoices & Timesheets. Working with Accounts Payable to accurately code, review, and process Vendor/Contractor Invoices based on Purchase Order requirements. Previous experience creating Purchase Order requisitions and working with supply chain is a plus. Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft products, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Proficiency in pivot tables and Power BI is a plus. 1-3 years experience with Accounts Payable processing.
