- Our Client specializes in MEP/FP and technology services engineering and construction / commissioning support for buildings, sustainable design, central heating and chiller plants, power generation, and transmission and distribution projects. With offices throughout the United States, we are a company that values its clients, its employees and the environment. We are currently seeking full time Electrical Designers to join the team!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create 2D and 3D electronic design plans for building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and communication systems including, duct systems, piping systems, mechanical equipment and electrical equipment using AutoCAD and REVIT computer software
- Must have the ability to create and modify technical drawings and schematics from engineer markups using AutoCAD and REVIT
- Coordinate routing of ductwork, piping and miscellaneous components with other trades.
- Demonstrate required attendance and punctuality
- Other duties as assigned
- Hybrid work schedule (WFH Mondays and Fridays after training is complete)
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree or equivalent from a vocational training program or technical school
- Candidate should have good oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
- Revit experience is required.
- Must have a customer service perspective with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
- The successful candidate should be self-sufficient, have strong computer skills, and be very detail oriented
