Description:
Job Description The North Star Imaging Electrical Technician perform a wide variety of duties associated with Industrial X-Ray system production, installation, and reporting. Primary Responsibilities: • Mechanical assembly of capital equipment per drawings, written or verbal instructions • Fabrication of components per engineered drawings or verbal instructions to include cutting, drilling, and tapping • Electrical assembly per schematics • Wire and cable termination to panel • Cable routing • System power-up and troubleshooting • Motion programming • Imaging testing (training provided) • Preparation of equipment or systems for shipment • System installation at customer’s site which includes: • Travel required up to 35% for installations, no stay longer than 2 weeks • Domestic and international travel required for installations
