What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electro Optic Systems Engineer position at Actalent?
We are looking to hire 2 Electro-Optic System Engineers for a military based company that does a lot of work in identification, surveillance, reconnaissance, targeting and tracking. This is a hybrid opportunity and working on a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday is off).
Description:
Systems Engineer responsible for analysis, design, development, and implementation of electro-optic (EO) systems/sub-systems. This candidate would be responsible for meeting the corresponding contract technical performance requirements and be able to execute an interdisciplinary, systems engineering process to ensure that the customer and stakeholders’ needs are satisfied in a high quality, trustworthy, cost efficient, and schedule compliant manner throughout a system’s entire life cycle. In addition, the candidate would be able to demonstrate consistently good judgment combined with technical expertise and to communicate effectively with engineering and management stakeholders.
