Description:
- Actalent is looking to add a versatile support engineer to join the customer service team. In this role, candidates are expected to handle varied responsibilities including: interface with customers (phone/in-person), coordinate scheduling for customer and field service personnel, diagnose/troubleshoot customer issues and manage installation projects.
- This position requires a candidate with a electrical background who possesses strong organizational skills, can adapt to changes throughout the day and week, critical thinker and mechanically-inclined. Doesn't need to be a social butterfly but must be comfortable talking on the phone and being readily available when a client has a need.
Skills:
- Troubleshooting, electrical, electrical engineering, field service, Project engineering, Machinery maintenance
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a bachelors of science in electrical.
- Must be comfortable with travel as the CSE dept. is switching to a more field-based start to ensure the contractors are able to understand the machines and terminology rather than sitting behind the desk.
- Travel on Thursday/Friday and work over the weekend while having days off during the week.
