Description:
The R&D Intake position is responsible for receiving milk from milk haulers and truckers, ensuring quality of milk through samples, testing and proper sanitation, handling and storage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Run antibiotic tests.
- Wash tanks and silos.
- Wash and unload milk trucks.
- Wash product lines.
- Process milk slips.
- Complete tasks on Master Sanitation Schedule.
- Effectively communicate with haulers, customers, etc.
- Monitor silo rotations.
- Handle Patron samples.
- Load whey/cream trucks
- Mix powder for production.
- Follow safety protocol
- Stop and observe unsafe acts/obey facility rules and SOPs
- Support safety programs
- Basic math and data entry
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Follow verbal instruction
Experience Level:
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing/intake area
- Charm Reader Certification preferred
- Sampler License preferred
- Pasteurizer License preferred
