Description:
Critical /Innovative Thinking:
- Ensuring Helpdesk calls related to assigned systems, triage, filters and disposition of tickets are handled properly with goal an of 100% uptime. (Supply Chain systems – examples include but not limited to: NAPS, CMS, APS, UVM, etc)
o Responsible oversight of completion of countermeasure testing (QA/Production Environments) – support testing as needed
o Overseeing ticket resolution through to completion. Understanding and analyzing of information by ensuring clear root cause identification and countermeasure implementation.
Leading with Purpose/Communicating with Impact:
- Lead system projects and navigate through the J-flow process. This includes preparations of presentations based on requirements at each milestone, presenting material and meeting project schedule and budget as planned.
- Ensuring alignment of all system projects to overall Company needs
- Presents key information to leadership based on project milestones deadlines through a clear and organized manner
- Lead training for both suppliers and Honda Associates on via classroom sessions / webinars, as needed
- Provides timely guidance and feedback to system users on technical knowledge and enhancements to ensure smooth roll out

4 years’ experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain or IT

- Ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
