Job Title: Estimator

Job Description

We're seeking a diligent Estimator to join our team. Your responsibilities will include surveying projects, estimating labor and materials costs, and communicating financial cost and project timelines to customers. With a keen attention to detail, you'll estimate projects from a bird’s-eye view to set expectations accurately. Your tasks will include fulfilling client appointments in a timely manner, assessing project requirements, reading blueprints, collaborating with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation, and maintaining thorough records of all project documentation. You will also present estimates to clients in a professional manner, recommend cost-reduction options and assist the sales team in final project preparation transactions.

Hard Skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sanford, Florida.

Work Environment

The work environment is an office setting as well as on the road for site visits. The role involves travel across the South East US to job sites for bidding jobs. The role reports to the Director of Operations, and the President/Owner, and Business Development Director for Sales and Marketing.
