Job Description
Seeking a Facility Condition Assessor with expertise in mechanical or electrical engineering (PE preferred) to conduct assessments at various US Marine Corps Bases across the United States. This role involves capturing detailed inventory information and assessing the physical condition of building systems such as HVAC, fire protection, and more. The assessor will use a tablet-based system for data entry and report directly to project managers.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Work Environment
The role requires significant travel along the East Coast, from Georgia to Virginia, assessing facilities from early morning until mid-afternoon. Assessors will work in teams, starting the day with a safety meeting and spending the day on site at various installations. Weekends off, with a schedule of two weeks on-site followed by one week at home. International travel may involve three weeks on-site followed by one week at home.
