Job Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturinng Engineering Assignments - 20%
-Performs complex manufacturing engineering assignments and applies advanced engineering principles
-Conducts complex technical investigations. Own, identifies and prioritize all aspects of the project. Develop complete test plans and own results.
2. Project Management- 20%
-Plans, conducts, and manages all phases of large-scale assigned manufacturing related projects. Drives completion of all phases within the timeline and budget. Conducts feasibility studies, determines project team and cost estimates, and develops engineering criteria.
-Creates documentation and communication for project progress or results
3. Issue Resolution - 20%
-Understands and resolves complex issues that are undefined. Provides advice, recommendations and solutions on issues within the engineering field.
-Implements improvements to meet standards, designs and conducts feasibility studies, and resolves problems.
4. Documentation/Presentation - 20%
-Prepares manufacturing engineering documents including cost estimates, appropriation requests, project schedules, design specifications, instruction specifications, purchase requisitions, operating manuals, and technical reports. Provides technical presentations, guidance, and support to internal and external customers and suppliers. Makes recommendations that assist with various projects
5.Teamwork/Collaboration - 20%
-Mentors, trains, and helps develop more junior manufacturing engineers and technicians.
