Actalent is looking for an inspector to support our client in a leading testing lab on-site in Portland. We are hiring for multiple positions from entry-level to

experienced.

Description:

Prepare grain samples and conduct various tests to check for moisture content, weight, foreign material presence, and more

Inspect stowage areas of ocean-going bulk carriers, containers, trucks, and railcars to ensure compliance with grain-carrying requirements

Oversee quality control for each vessel and cargo, representing the overseas buyer

Maintain accurate records of all tests, results, and grades Schedule and attend timely surveys, adhering to OMIC Safety and company policies
