A Day in the Role… 

• Work on Concept through to CDs for their Healthcare studio.
• These projects will be Hospital and Health Care Facilities.
• The most pressing need requires CA Experience, a new construction/large-scale project background, and advanced Revit Knowledge.

Skills and Strengths Necessary To Be Eligible: Aviation Project Experience | Construction Administration | REVIT | Core & Shell Experience | MEP Coordination |  

Required Experience: 

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• 7-12 years of experience
• Healthcare, or Core & Shell projects

Additional Qualifications:

• Ideally MEP Coordination within large-scale new construction projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients when needed
