What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Captain position at Actalent?
Hiring an Architectural Job Captain for a major, national Architecture firm to support large-scale hospitality based projects throughout the country.
Candidates will get the chance to immediately support a hospitality (food and games) project at a national level, and will sometimes be required to visit sites in other states. Mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience in drafting Construction Documents
- Must have professional experience in Revit Projects
- Experience in hospitality, retail and commercial projects
Work Environment:
- 18 person firm centrally located in Suffolk County.
- Work will be 5 days in office, with occasional travel to job sites nationwide.
- There is great opportunity for growth at this firm. The principal started as a Job Captain and has moved all the way to his current position.
- The firm will go to vendor events together, as well as happy hours and other events.
- They provide internal training programs such as study groups to prepare people for licensure exams.
