Able to perform daily analytical testing using instrumental, wet chemistry procedures; assist Senior research chemists with projects as assigned. Familiarity with current commercial software applications (Excel, Word) Experience with lab documentation; must be able to follow work instructions and procedures to produce results; record results using computerized data systems such as SharePoint, etc... Maintains a neat and clean working area at all time; Must be flexible as priorities will change.
Main responsibilities: Day to day analytical testing in a Research laboratory setting. Researching behaviors of Raw material and Finished Products. Documenting findings through report writing.
this is a research setting, research of all cat & dog pet food products
-taking dictation, discussing research that they do
-looking at methods
-scaling, pipetting, following SOP's, understanding methods
-face transition analyzing
