Position:
· Lab Assistant
Shift:
· Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay:
· $17-18.50/hr
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Associate's degree within the Life Sciences preferred
Description:
· Portion out soil for extraction
· Organize soil samples per batch sheets
· Manage soil sample inventory
· Prepare reagents and solutions per established methods
· Complete glassware and labware cleaning protocols
· Prepare extraction manifolds and supporting equipment
· Extract soil for analysis
· Follow training and health/safety practices to ensure personal safety
