What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab Technician position at Actalent?
Description:
- Candidates will rotate laboratory stations each day and work in multiple areas.
- Primarily performing Wet Chemistry bench work (pH, Pipetting, Titrations, Density, Viscosity, etc.)
- Also perform TSS, BOD, TKN, ICP, UV-VIS, and Biosolid testing.
- Must maintain proper documentation of samples and results.
- Processes samples sing LIMS keeping track of batching, data entry, and reviews.
- Follow all safety procedures as outlined by facility protocols
- Perform filing, data entry, and respond to internal and external questions
- Perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment
