What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab Technician position at Actalent?
We are a leading company in a niche market, working with cutting-edge researchers in clinical diagnostics, proteomics, environmental testing, protein discovery, drug development, metabolomics and industrial research. We have had consistent growth for over 35 years. We partner with leading instrument manufacturers and research groups with expertise in product development.
Description:
- Run chemical processes
- Measure, fill, and package various chemicals (solvents, gases, dry)
- Label product packages
- Utilize the metric system to weigh and measure product
- Follow batch record and SOPs in order to fill the vials and packages
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years working with chemicals
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
