Job Description:
work on forensic toxicology team
support NY taxi (yellow and black cabs) drivers in renewing their annual drug screening
manage high call volume of 120-160 per day per person
organize samples for laboratory preparation
drivers will call and provide license number, where they would like to go for their test, and CSR will be responsible for confirming identity, verifying location they go go to and confirming appointment time
each call lasts 2-3 minutes on average
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
•high school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience needed
