Description:
The Project Landscape Architect is responsible for planning and designing a wide range of outdoor spaces and site development plans. They combine artistic and technical skills to ensure aesthetically pleasing and functional design solutions.
• Research, review, and interpret local Zoning, Subdivision & Land Development ordinances
• Perform site layout, grading, and road design within AutoCAD C3D (or the ability to oversee this aspect with a drafter/designer)
• Understanding of utility layout, profiling, and detailing for gravity sanitary sewer and water systems
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, or related field
Professional Registration Required
Min 5 – 7 years of relevant experience

Projects range from small scale gardens to large scale land planning designs in both urban and rural settings. Responsibilities include development of conceptual designs, using CAD software to draw plans, development of site grading solutions, construction detailing, planting designs, construction administration and observation, and report writing.
