Description:
Looking for a Lead Architect with a focus in Sustainability and Innovative Solutions. This individual will be a 10 year architect with a strong focus in sustainability and technology. This position will essentially be a project architect/project manager role.
Must Haves:
- 10 years of experience
- Bachelors degree in Architecture
- Experience with Sustainability (LEED, Passive House, BREEAM, GREEN, Well)
- Experience with current technologies (PM software, BIM, Revit, etc...)
- Registered Architect
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of sustainable architectural solutions that leverage technology as a tool for innovation and problem-solving.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, using your expertise to develop customized and sustainable design strategies.
- Drive the research and development of cutting-edge technological solutions, exploring how technology can enhance sustainability and overall design excellence.
- Guide and inspire project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Integrate sustainable design principles into the development of technology-driven solutions, ensuring compliance with recognized standards and certifications.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and technology partners, positioning our practice as a leader in developing sustainable and tech-driven design solutions.
- Play an active role in business development activities, leveraging your expertise and network to identify new opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
