Specialty: Urology
LPN daily role:
- Triaging patient phone calls
- Prescription refills
- Respond to patient messages via online database
- Utilize EPIC to record and update patient history
- Administering injections
- Vital intake
- Assist MA's as needed with rooming patients
- Assist providers as needed
Work environment:
- Working with multiple providers seeing about 20-30 patients per day.
- This office is focused on the employee and patient experience!
Schedule & Locations:
- Hours: 8-4:30 or 8:30-4 (it will depend upon mentors schedule) – once trained 8:30-5
- Float position - Reliable transportation required
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Seeking an upbeat and dedicated LPN to join the primary care team
- Must have experience working with EMR systems, Epic preferred
- Must have CT LPN license
- Must be comfortable working with pediatric and adolescent patients
- Must be timely and reliable, manager is focused on employee relations and teamwork
- Medical office experience required
