Job Title : Estimator
Job Description
This position involves a high volume of reviewing quotes, creating accurate cost estimates, and take-off drawings based on criteria derived from project documents and information from various clients.
You will review architectural drawings and provide clients an estimate of how much their requested product or project will cost.
You will relay information to the product designer and work through any necessary changes. You will ensure questions are answered throughout production and installation.
You will be responsible for high client communication, including emails and calls.

This is a fully on-site position in Gilberts, Illinois.
Work Environment
The company has a fun, casual work environment. They recently moved into a brand new office space in Gilberts, IL, in 2021.
The working area for Estimators is top-notch, with state-of-the-art desks, monitors, and equipment. They also provide Estimators with additional monitors for work-from-home days, which are mostly dedicated to Fridays.
The office features a beautiful kitchen area that is always loaded with drinks and snacks, and an office dog that walks around all day.
They strictly abide by 8-hour days, with typical work hours from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, including a half-hour break for lunch.
They work hard during these hours but encourage short breaks to walk around the building or grab a snack from the kitchen.
