Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with over 3 years of consulting engineering experience to join Seaford, DE team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Systems for a variety of facilities including commercial, municipal, industrial, and Water/Wastewater. Your tasks will include designing various HVAC system types, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire protection systems. You will also handle construction administration, field investigations, field inspections, developing system narratives, completing load calculations, equipment selection, and other related design tasks.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of mechanical engineering experience
• EIT or trending to obtain soon
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• AutoCAD Proficiency
• Load Calculation Proficiency, preferably in Carrier HAP
• Design
• Mechanical Engineering knowledge
• HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection expertise

Work Site:

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seaford, Delaware and some days remote. The work schedule allows for flexibility with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, typically Tuesday and Thursday in-office.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
