Description:
Job responsibilities:
• Review and maintain charts to ensure proper clinical guidelines.
• Assist patient from waiting area to triage area.
• Monitor schedules and patient access to maintain a good flow.
• Assist provider in the examination room and documentation.
• Check vitals, temperature, and other requirements.
• Order test and complete procedures timely.
• Assist with care after diagnosis provided by the physician
• Maintain office and examination room cleanliness and organization
• Follow up with patients for outpatient care and needs
• Handle all communication and scheduling with necessary network facilities
• Other duties as assigned included but not limited to: administrative duties, front office, data entry, customer service, etc.
