Job Title: Network Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Network Technician to join our team. Our company specializes in developing advanced medical imaging software, particularly brain mapping software, which is utilized by prestigious hospitals. This role focuses on providing exceptional product support to our customers, ensuring smooth installation and troubleshooting of our software, as well as assisting internal employees with IT-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the installation and repair of medical imaging software.
• Help internal employees with IT issues related to network connectivity, internet access, security, and email/domain maintenance.
• Coordinate with ISPs and other IT vendors to resolve connectivity issues.
• Act as a liaison between internal product development staff and external customers, including hospitals and their employees.
• Communicate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software installation, upgrades, and general support.
• Work remotely and on-site with customers to complete software installation and site IT configuration.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to IT functions of the product line, including connectivity, performance, security, and data integrity.
• Support corporate IT functions, including network connectivity, internet access, security, and email/domain maintenance.
