Operating Room Nurse

Description:

A large privately owned organization in New Haven county is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team in an OR setting. The Registered Nurse will: - Correlate clinical data - Demonstrate high standard of communication - Assess, plan, evaluate and ensure the implementation of the patient’s care to achieve identified outcomes and deliver safe patient care - Maintains and assesses their own clinical expertise with clinical practices - Documents all patient information according to established standards of care and to ensure availability of accurate and relevant information to accordance with surgery center standards - Demonstrates expertise with infection control, engaging standard and universal precautions as trained or instructed
