Location: Rocklin, CA - Onsite
Schedule: Evening shift (3pm – 11:30pm) weekdays 3 – 4 days/week with potential for 5 days as needed for PTO coverage and increase in business.
Job Description:
Computer entry of medication. Process medication orders following the pharmacy's established policy and procedures. Maintain contact between the department staff, physicians and hospital personnel. The "on-duty" pharmacist will ensure the department staff maintains accurate recordkeeping and monitoring procedures in relation to the dispensing of controlled drugs for each facility. The pharmacist will develop and maintain patient profiles. The pharmacist will address any violations in job performance, protocol, or ability to perform assigned tasks.
