Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator for our Specialty Pharmacy department based in Orlando, Florida. This is an onsite position, so the ability to work in-person is crucial. The schedule is Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am to 6pm. The role involves various job-related responsibilities and duties as necessary, with a focus on training within a call center environment.
Hard Skills
- 1 year of experience training others in a call center environment
- 1 year of experience in a pharmacy environment
- Familiarity with various training methods such as e-learning, on-the-job training, classroom facilitation
- Comfort with Learning Management System (LMS) software and tools, as well as basic computer skills
- Florida Pharmacy Technician License
- Instructional design
- Leading a classroom training
Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage training programs, schedules, and resources
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for training
- Ability to adapt to challenging training needs and adjust accordingly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills to resolve challenges encountered during training sessions and the ability to address them effectively
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Lake Mary, Florida.
Work Environment
The work environment is a busy specialty pharmacy department where the individual will be training others. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm. This position is not remote and requires working onsite.
