My client is currently hiring for a Scheduler role in the Charleston area!
Qualifications to Apply:
- 3-5 years of production control and coordination experience
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel, SAP (or equivalent ERP system)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication, both verbal and written.
Job Description
• Oversee and manage the Smartsheet production schedules to meet changing demand and inventory requirements.
• Lead the Production Planning team members.
• Manage the efficiency, productivity, and accuracy of the team to cultivate and promote an effective team environment.
• Oversee and manage all Production Planning processes including coordination of customer ship dates with Project Managers, revenue analysis, and capacity planning.
• Monitor production capacity constraints and alert necessary team members to potential issues.
• Coordinate with Production Management to ensure production maintains timely completion of the scheduled operations.
• Oversee and manage accurately prepared production paperwork in accordance with ISO-9001 standards.
• Collaborate directly with production, quality, and manufacturing engineering to continuously improve scheduling and planning processes.
• Facilitate and lead regular production and scheduling meetings.
