Description:
Our client is looking for an estimator to join their team in Irving. They are looking for someone with Mechanical Plumbing experience and a Journeyman license.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in a mechanical or construction discipline, comparable trade school certification requirements.
-Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the construction industry.
-Previous usage of Trimble - Auto Bid Software.
-Knowledgeable in plumbing and mechanical systems, and material types.
-Experience in design-build projects a plus.
-Ability to effectively dissect front-end bid documents and specifications.
-Familiar with plumbing, HVAC, and boiler codes.
-Knowledge of Procore.
