What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Market Associate position at Actalent?
Essential Functions: This role is responsible for a compliance project as it relates to diligently logging and processing incoming inquiries as they arrive.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving incoming project inquiries.
- Documenting all interactions into the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System in compliance with departmental procedures as they relate to ISO and FDA regulatory requirements.
- Triaging all advanced technical inquiries onto the appropriate territory specialist for successful resolution.
