Description:
Process Engineer needed to develop, program, process and manage engineering projects. This position will act as the liaison between departments and customers on design. The ideal candidate has a proven record with project management, strong mechanical or machining background in high precision part production, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve part manufacturability problems, and must be proficient in CAD/CAM, Solidworks, and Mastercam software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1. Process jobs from start to end, to include Project review, Cad design, Drawing creation, Cam programming and Work traveler creation.
2. Evaluates part designs relative to manufacturability.
3. Review of customer drawings with keen attention to requirements, tolerances and notes
4. Assist manufacturing by developing necessary requirements and cost effective solutions by use of tooling, gauges and fixture designs.
5. Customer support relating to design approval and job issues.
6. Ensures that manufacturing plant receives pertinent information for individual processes to be completed through use of detailed and accurate job travelers.
7. Provides Engineering support to Estimators, Sales, Production, Quality and other departments as needed.
