Job Scope:
Our clientis a supplement company who manufactures different pills, capsules and tablets for Equestrian, Canine and Human use. They have recently been challenged they gain new high-level customers who want different customizations to packaging/production outputs. They need someone who can come in and diagnose a situation, order machinery if needed, fix existing processes and implement new manufacturing lines and processes.
Day to Day:
The process engineer's main responsibilities each day would be Diagnosing issues with machines/production processes, working with Product development to come up with new systems and processes that align with quality standards and lean manufacturing for new products and to maintain, program and improve and upgrade machines (Automation, robotics or simple CNC machines)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
-Experience in Mechanical, Manufacturing, quality, Controls Or as a process engineer: The candidate must have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and how to improve them as well as implement new industrial processes
- Some experience with automation driven machinery: Robotics, PLC's or HMI's (they will need to understand basic troubleshooting of these items and maintenance)
-Knowledge of industrial equipment for Purchase, Installation and Repair
