Description:
Due to growth, we are in need of growing their New Product Development engineering team & we are looking for a Design Engineer to join this team. This engineer will collaborate with the US product development team (Columbus team) to conceive, design, source, test, and produce products that meet Canadian regulations and launch simultaneously in Canada and the US, providing technical expertise and creative solutions while ensuring feasibility, and support product improvement projects in both CRS and non-CRS categories which may require quarterly travel to Canada.

- Generate and manage technical specifications, data, definitions, and test plans.
- Troubleshoot failures, recommend design changes, and improve test protocols.
- Collaborate with global teams to evaluate designs and provide technical guidance.
- Continuously improve designs for cost, manufacturability, reliability, usability, and value.
