Job Title: Product Manager

Please Note: IT Project Management and SCRUM are NOT applicable to this role

Job Description:

As our new Project Manager, you will be tasked with managing data center product development projects to completion. This includes supporting special research and development experiments, prototyping, and developing our structural grid portfolio. Your role will also involve assisting in establishing performance criteria and specifications for product development, manufacturing plans, and the development of installation guides for product installation. You'll be gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that meet our customer needs. A critical part of your role will be resolving highly critical issues within the matrix organization while rigorously adhering to project timelines and costs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Data Center product development project to completion
• Support special research and development experiments, prototyping and development of structural grid portfolio
• Maintain responsibility for assisting in development performance criteria and specifications for product development and manufacturing plan and the development of installation guides for product install, and gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs
• Resolve highly critical issues within the matrix organization while maintaining rigorous adherence to project timelines and costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • This must be within construction- IT and SCRUM is NOT applicable
• 5 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data centers
• Experience with either electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, and infrastructure
• Industrial/Warehouse project experience
• MEP experience
