Production Supervisor
Overview:
Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in laboratory production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets. This job will make budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the laboratory production areas and develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related positions and 0-2 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
