Description:
We are partnering with an established firm in San Francisco looking to add an experienced Project Architect to their team. Projects will primarily be high-end resort, recreation, and hospitality. This person will be expected to mentor and lead junior staff through the design process. This position will require proficiency with Revit and the ability to sustain project objectives to push design development forward. This person will also strategize and implement effective project plans, scheduling, budget and staffing considerations for complex project in their different phases of development, from programming through construction administration.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Licensure as an Architect
- 5 years of applicable experience within the architecture profession
- A Bachelor's or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
- Revit proficiency is a must
- Exceptional design and presentation skills
- Project Management- budgets, staffing, and project plans
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills with team members, consultants, and clients
