My client is recognized as a nationally top 100 MEP firm and they are in full growth mode! They promote from within and cater to the engineers strengths & career goals while exposing them to new projects. They have multiple offices throughout NJ, NY, and PA and offer hybrid flexibility. They foster a strong and collaborative culture and currently seeking a project manager to add to their team.
DESCRIPTION
Performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as assembling, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams
Manage the design and development of MEP construction documents
Interface with engineering discipline leads for proper resource allocation
Direct and oversee project teams for the duration of planning, design, and construction
Manage and control project progress throughout the design
Ensure timely completion of activities and adherence to project milestones
Ensure adherence to internal project budgets
Develop scope of work and fees for proposals
Liaise with clients and maintain client relationships
30-40% travel for site visits, client meetings in NJ and PA
