**Must have experience within the FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION SPACE as Project Manager overseeing FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS - INTERIOR FIT OUTS/RENOVATIONS in order to be considered for this opportunity**
Description:
The primary role of this Project Manager position is to fully be able to successfully manage projects from conception to completion in the field on a day-to-day basis as a Project Manager. This individual will be working hand-in-hand with the estimators, superintendents, Safety Managers, architects, subcontractors, government clients, etc. Most of their projects are IDIQ projects, and ALL of their projects are government projects, so without a candidate having strong government experience, they will not be a fit here.
They will be working on budgets, scheduling, RFI's, and will need to have specific strong experience on government/IDIQ projects doing all 4 of those components.

- In their office in Alexandria, VA and occasional site visits
