What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Surveyor position at Actalent?
Description:
Civil engineering and land surveying company with over 50 years of operation is looking to add a project surveyor. Company primarily supports commerical, K-12, and office projects in the Greater Seattle area. Candidate will have at least 5 years of experience doing survey computations, boundary title research, writing legal descriptions, supporting land use planning, and working with cities and jurisdictions. PLS is preferred but at minimum have LSIT.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of supporting survey work in AutocAD
Experience supporitng boundary title research, writing legal descriptions, supporting land use planning
Proficent in Bluebeam
PLS preferred, LSIT at minimum
Prior land survey field experience preferred
