Global leader in cheese manufacturing is looking for a lab technician to join their quality assurance team! Opportunity to play a part in food safety and gain laboratory experience!
*open to entry-level microbiology or food science graduates*
**experience within QA in the food industry is preferred**
Shifts:
1st: 8am-4:30pm
3rd: 10pm-6:30am
MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ANY DAY OF THE WEEK
Description:
- Sample collection
- Swabbing
- Quality Assurance
- Testing (chemical titration & fumes)
- Microbiological analysis-
- Lab equipment calibration
- Conduct lab supply inventory
- Monitor shelf life program
Skills:
GMP, quality assurance, HACCP, swabbing, Spanish speaking
