Description:
This person will be the QC/QC supervisor training new and existing CMTs in the field. Will be bringing up techs for soils and concrete testing. Must be able to lead independently, make a training plan with the techs, follow up with them, hold them accountable to training and development.

International Code Council (ICC): Special Inspector (Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, Soils)
DOT Certifications in the fields of Aggregate, Density, Asphalt, and Concrete
