The QA Tech is responsible for assuring that safe and quality foods are produced. They will perform QC tests, auditing production lines and paperwork and policing quality. They will need to take appropriate action if products are out of spec.
Batch record review
conduct processing, bar line and packaging and sanitation checks
perform quality tests
analyze raw materials
hold all raw materials and finished goods that fail to meet established standards and seek and finalize disposition on held items
ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) are carried out by all employees

- Degree in the Sciences
- 0-5 years of experience within Quality or Food Manufacturing
- Flexibility in schedule and job duties
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience within FDA Manufacturing
- 1- 3 years of experience with Quality. Experience as an operator, packager, etc if they are quality minded is acceptable
- HACCP or FDA Experience
