Job Description
Function Purpose: Leads the Asset Life Cycle team, which is responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving maintenance processes related to buildings, equipment and utilities.
- Maintain equipment Lifecyle management in the QC laboratories, ensuring equipment health is maintained, and repairs are closed in a timely fashion.
- Equipment Troubleshooting/Minor repair
- Thermo Vanquish UPLC with UV and CAD detectors, Agilent LC 1260, Osmometers, Particle size Analyzer (DLS), Particle Counter, pH Meters, Plater readers, Agilent Bioanalyzer, Karl Fischer
- Review: Preventative Maintenance packages, Calibration Certs, OOT, validation documents for equipment qualification
- Process and Review CMMS records
- Drafting equipment operation SOP’s and Impact Assessment
- Coordination with Facilities department and FSE’s for equipment maintenance/repair
- Provide equipment expertise to support QC end-users
- Support work for Deviations, CAPA, Change Controls
- Experience in Quality Control and CQV
Qulifactions:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.) or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical)
- 4 years of laboratory experience (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
