Quality Control Manager

*Seeking a Federal Quality Control Manager*

Description:

Our client is seeking a construction quality control manager for a project at Oceana Navel Base. This position requires 5 years of experience with OSHA 30 and USACE QCM certifications. The right candidate will be able to develop site-specific quality control programs/plans using experience, lessons learned, proven processes, and industry best practices, technologies, and methodologies. Provide independent, proactive surveillance and inspection of all program operations.

Review and approve all deliverables. Develop methods of procedure (e.g., checklists, SOPs, etc.). Conduct internal self-inspections and audits
