What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Engineer Supervisor position at Actalent?
This is a 12 month contract-to-hire position that works on a hybrid schedule.
Open to both individual contributor and supervisor/management candidates.
Description:
- Quality Engineering to support product manufacturing
- Execute Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR)
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective action using 8D, 5 Whys etc.
- Execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports
- Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
- Support ISO audits
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of Quality Engineering Experience with a Bachelors degree in engineering
- Experience working in a product engineering environment; electronics or electro-mechanical products preferred
- Problem solving best practices
- Experience executing quality documentation
