Description:
Document Control maintenance
Quality reporting/graphing
CAR/SCAR system
Maintain calibration system
Perform internal audits
Participate in AS9100 External Audits
Supplier audits as needed
Establish and maintain methods of Continuous Improvement throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Ensure that product trends toward compliance at each process step by utilizing statistical sampling methods.
Establish and maintain detection mechanisms to alert operators when product deviates from optimal.
Establish and maintain relevant metrics to assess improvement or deterioration of in-process product quality.
Skills:
AS9100, QMS, Electronics, PCB, PCBA, printed circuit board, Audit, Inspection, Corrective Action, CAPA
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred
Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience
- Experience within an Electronics, PCB, or PCBA manufacturing environment
- Experience conduction audits, corrective actions
- Experience with AS9100 QMS
