- Ensure quality PPO by performing thorough quality checks according to standards escalate quality issues and continuously improve the PPO quality assurance process.
- Minimal quality issues identified after the PPO vehicle has gone through the QC process
- Ability to identify and document quality issues then report findings to all departments
- Effectively communicate with all levels of Management
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skill both verbal and written
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to promote and mentor strong quality culture/mindset
- Ability to evaluate achievement to exceed customer expectations
