Description:
• Maintain ongoing oversight of regulatory and quality compliance across the entire team. • Prepare and manage SOP’s, investigations, deviations, CAPAs, audits, change control documentation, and training materials for use in the performance of work. • Interface with key stakeholders in the client’s Quality organization to ensure that all client SOP’s are followed and that the work performed by the team is documented and recorded in the proper fashion. • The role provides leadership for developing and sustaining a quality first culture in a highly matrixed organizational structure. • Collect, analyze, and prepare reports required for non-conformances and deviations. • Partner with client quality staff to deliver reports and respond to questions or concerns related to quality aspects. • Read and understand applicable Service Level Agreements and help achieve Key Performance Indicators as they relate to quality and compliance. • Provides subject matter specific quality assistance to the team as needed or requested. Work with maintenance teams to assist with investigations. • Seek to continuously improve quality processes, systems and overall client satisfaction. • Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure that quality assurance expectations are communicated and followed. • Own quality and compliance program processes and ensure all requirements are met. • Oversee quality compliance for building systems such as: temperature control systems, critical environments, and support services such as sanitization and pest control. • Support and facilitate account Document Management System.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
BS degree in science or engineering • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in quality, facilities design, and production/facility operations or equivalent. • Prior experience working in a GMP life sciences environment. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES • Knowledge of Quality Engineering techniques, and Quality Management Systems. • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written reports. • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented comfortable working in a dynamic team environment with minimal supervision. • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and partner with people across multiple business areas. • Capable of writing detailed technical reports. • Ability to multi task and respond within deadlines. • Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs.
